Cancellation & Refund Policy

These rules are configured by the Dannie Life team and are applied to every booking. The values below are the ones currently in force.

Notice periods

• Cancellation requests: at least 24 hours before the session start.
• Reschedule requests: at least 24 hours before the session start.

Refund windows

• 100% refund when cancelled 48 hours or more before the session.
• 50% refund when cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the session.
• No refund for cancellations inside 24 hours.

No-show

If you do not join within the first 15 minutes, the session is marked as a no-show and 0% is refunded. If your coach does not attend, you receive a full refund or a free rescheduled session.

Scheduling window

Sessions can be booked up to 60 days ahead and require at least 15 minutes lead time. A buffer of 15 minutes is kept between sessions.

How to request

Submit cancellation or reschedule requests from your client dashboard. Requests are reviewed against this policy and you are notified by email. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method by our payment provider and can take several business days.

Exceptional circumstances

Where a technical failure on our side prevents the session, we reschedule at no cost or issue a full refund. Contact hello@dannie.life if this happens.
