If you need urgent help

• Contact your local emergency number immediately.
• Go to the nearest emergency department if you are physically at risk.
• Contact a national crisis or helpline service appropriate to your country.
• Reach out to someone you trust and stay with them if it is safe to do so.

Why we cannot help in an emergency

Sessions are scheduled in advance and coaches are not available on demand. Our team does not monitor messages continuously and cannot dispatch help, contact emergency services on your behalf, or provide clinical or crisis intervention.

What happens if urgent risk appears in a session

Your coach will stop the coaching work and encourage you to contact appropriate emergency or clinical services immediately. This is a safety step, not a judgement of you.
