Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and Dannie Life (registered legal entity name to be confirmed) for use of the Dannie Life platform and coaching sessions.

1. Nature of the service

Dannie Life provides coaching, mentoring, counselling support and wellness education. The service is non-medical. It does not provide diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, or crisis and emergency support. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, to book a session.

3. Bookings and payment

• Session prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).
• A booking is created as pending and is only confirmed after our payment provider verifies successful payment.
• Appointment times are stored in UTC and shown in your selected timezone and in Europe/Paris.
• You are responsible for attending at the correct local time.

4. Cancellations, reschedules and refunds

The Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these terms, including notice periods, refund windows and no-show handling.

5. Session delivery and conduct

• Sessions take place in a private video room created for that booking only.
• Recording is disabled by default and may not be made without written agreement of all participants.
• Abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour ends the session without refund.
• Coaches may end a session and refer you elsewhere if your need falls outside coaching scope.

6. Your content

You must not submit medical, health, sexual or crisis information through this platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide.

7. Intellectual property

Platform content and coaching materials remain the property of Dannie Life or its coaches and are provided for your personal use only.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a session is limited to the amount paid for that session. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or misuse the platform.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions: hello@dannie.life.
